Java (Hordeum vulgare) lowers cholesterol, remove digestive disorders:Gastritis dyspepsia, Gastro duodenalulcerColitis, Gastroenteritis, constipation and its complications.

Bhuiamla (Phyllanthus niruri)is an astringent, laxative, carminative and a very bitter tasting tonic. The plant helps in problems like gonorrhea, constipation, stomach ache, dyspepsia, opthalmia and urinary disorders. The plant is also used for relieving flu, dropsy, diabetes, jaundice, asthma, bronchial infection, liver cirrhosis, genito urinary system ailments and viral hepatitis.

Amla ((Phyllanthus Emblica) is a laxative, diuretic, antipyretic and rejuvenative. It is used in the treatment and management of diabetes, asthma, anemia, cardiac disorders, flatulence, hyperacidity, peptic ulcers, skin diseases, cardiac disorders, intermittent fever, diarrhea and dysentery, Jaundice, dysentery, fever, internal body inflammation, and indigestion.

Bahera (Terminalia belerica) is used as an astringent and a laxative tonic. It is rejuvenating, prevents aging and adds longevity. It cures loss of appetite and also proved anti-diarrheal because of its astringent property.

Harde (Terminalia chebula) stimulates the functioning of the digestive system and sensory organs. It is an effective in combating piles, anemia, gastro-intestinal problems and gall stones. It builds immunity and an effective antioxidant that removes harmful toxins from the body.

Karela (Momordica charantia) is stimulates digestion and boosts metabolism. It can help people who suffer from regular constipation, dyspepsia or slow digestion. Barbari Tulsi (Ocimum basilicum) acts principally on the digestive and nervous systems, easing flatulence, stomach cramps, colic and indigestion. The leaves and flowering tops are antispasmodic, aromatic, carminative, and digestive, galactogogue, stomachic and tonic. It is used in the treatment of feverish illnesses (especially colds and influenza), poor digestion, nausea, abdominal cramps, gastro-enteritis, migraine, insomnia, depression and exhaustion     

Van Tulsi (Ocimum gratissimum) helps relieve nausea and vomiting, regulates blood pressure, anti-inflammatory, immunity enhancer, anti inflammatory, and anti bacterial properties.

Ram Tulsi (Ocimum album) used in stagnant digestion, bloating, gas, decreased appetite and nausea. Tulsi is also helpful for heartburn and can help to heal ulcers. It is considered to be a hepatoprotective herb, or an herb that protects the liver from harm.

Mugal Tulsi (Ocimum caryophyllatum) helps in stress, anxiety, viral infections, colds and flu, ulcers, pain, anorexia, immunity modulator.

Elaichi (Elettaria cardamomum) is effective in improving digestion. It helps those suffering from stomach cramps. It is a good stimulant and beneficial for those suffering from flatulence and gas. DOSAGE
